Nature's Coffee Kettle Black Tea Review

It always blows people’s minds when I say I don’t drink coffee. I mean you guys, come on. Do you really think I need extra caffeine? I’m bouncing off the walls 24/7, filled with extreme excitement ALL THE TIME. But sometimes when it’s pre-dawn in the backcountry and my sleeping bag is super snuggly and I really don’t want to get outside of my tent, it’s super nice to have a piping hot cup of something to wake me up.

When I’m the only tea drinker in the group, I’ll usually pack in my own tea bags, if I even remember to. In groups? I’m totally sold on Nature’s Coffee Kettle.

Nature’s Coffee Kettle is a foolproof way of making tea in the backcountry. You just add hot water and wait. Two finger holes make this easy to pour, especially if you’re a klutz like me. The tea bag sits at the top of the packaging so if you’re good at forgetting to take the tea bag out (also me), you won’t have weird, bitter tasting tea. The bag keeps your tea warm while you’re off breaking down your tent or taking sunrise photos, so fear not! Your beverage will not be cold when you return. This makes about 4 cups of tea. If you can’t finish the whole bag, you can always boil the pouch to reheat the water inside.

If you’re more of a coffee person, they’ve got coffee options. Don’t like caffeine at all? Try their hot chocolate or hot apple cider.

Buy through Nature’s Coffee Kettle for $5.99 or through Amazon for $8.82.
