Imagine a tank top that you can wear from date to dirtbag. When the founders of Pivotte set out to design their capsule collection, they envisioned a line of clothing that could transition seamlessly from play to work and back again. The Pivotte Touring Tank is no exception to that vision.
The tank is made of a custom blend of 52% merino wool and 48% Tencel® for ultimate softness and durability. The fabric doesn’t pill. As with all other merino clothing, it is moisture-wicking, breathable and odor resistant. The A-line cut makes the tank extremely flattering, especially when you’ve eaten too many cookies while climbing. A high low hem means things stay tucked under your backpack or harness; no plumber’s crack here.
Pivotte nailed it with this top. I’m such a huge fan. If you’ve been following along, then you know I absolutely love merino wool. With a technical fabric in flattering designs and silhouettes, the Pivot Touring Tank has quickly become my go for pretty much everything. It’s incredibly versatile. I can wear this climbing and backpacking for days without much odor. It wicks away moisture and sweat so sometimes I still feel kind of cute at the end of a grimy day.
I’ve taken it through hot yoga classes, stuffed at the bottom of my backpack all work day, only to wear it again at the gym later with no issues. The tank with a cute cardigan? Perfect for date night or work. The logo inside the shirt did peel off, but that’s a pretty small con. My only other gripe is that I don’t own this in every color imaginable.
The Pivotte Touring Tank is available for $65, or 2 for $115 from Pivot’s website. It also comes in two prints for $130 a tank. Use code Welcome20 for $20 off your first purchase.
